1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using echoic.ai, you agree to these terms. If you are using echoic.ai on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The service

echoic.ai provides AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, and publishing tools for social media. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected]Copied if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you create through echoic.ai. By using the service you agree not to:

• Generate or publish content that violates applicable law
• Violate the terms of service of connected social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok)
• Use the service to spam, harass, or deceive others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated by echoic.ai is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. echoic.ai is not liable for the consequences of publishing AI-generated content without review.

6. Platform-specific obligations

When publishing to TikTok, echoic.ai collects your commercial disclosure and consent selections on a per-post basis as required by TikTok's platform policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your disclosure answers are truthful and accurate. Submitting false or misleading disclosure information — including incorrectly marking paid or branded content — may violate TikTok's terms and applicable advertising regulations.

When publishing to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X, echoic.ai publishes on your behalf using your authorized OAuth connection. You are responsible for ensuring that any content published through echoic.ai complies with the terms and community guidelines of those platforms, including rules around sponsored content and advertising disclosures.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, echoic.ai and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where echoic.ai is registered.
